The UNEXMIN GeoRobotics is a private spin-off company arising from the UNEXMIN project that has the IP of the robotic platform there produced.
We provide professional, multidisciplinary services to support all aspects of exploration and feasibility through to design, construction supervision, management, operational assistance and training.
Our main service is a non-contact method for high-resolution 3D mapping in a flooded mine environment We are gathering valuable geological, mineralogical and spatial information from underground flooded environments.
Our mission is to complete a robotics survey of flooded mining areas using the most recent underwater technology to reduce the risk of mine reopening by orders of magnitude.

About supervisors
- Zorana Milosevic received her PhD in Automation and Robotics. Her current research interests focus on autonomous navigation, path planning, computer vision, and machine learning in general.
Richard Z. Papp is the managing director of the UNEXMIN Georobotics Ltd. Richard is an Engineering Geologist and he is a professional in electron microscopy and electron microprobe analysis. His research interest focuses on the mineralogy specifically on the antimony sulphosalts in Hungary.
