Kamen d.d. Pazin is a company focused on quarrying, processing and installing architectural-building stone. Since its foundation in 1954, the company has been headquartered in Pazin, central Istria, where its processing plant is also located. Kamen owns 8 limestone quarries in Istria and Dalmatia: Kanfanar, Korenići, Selina, Kirmenjak, Marčana, Valtura, Plano and Mironja. Although we are proud of each of our quarries and their materials, our most notable accomplishment is the implementation and specialization of the underground method of stone exploitation, which is applied in “Istrian Yellow” deposits (Kanfanar, Korenići, Selina).
With over 350 experienced employees working with up-to-date equipment and state-of-the-art technology, Kamen has established itself as the leading natural stone company in Croatia.
